This is for the benefit of our valued customers, not so that we don't have to clean up messes. Each customer deserves to not have to trek thru sloppy mud, or get grease on their hands and shoes left by the last guy to use the bay to clean his backhoe. We are determined to provide a nice clean place for customers to wash their vehicle - we are not here to provide a place to blast the grease off of a trailer full of old engine blocks and transmissions. Since it is impossible to install a sign for every mess that might be made at the car wash, we simply ask that you leave the bay in the same condition in which you found it. Back to TopWhy do you use touchfree equipment in your automatic wash bay?When we built our first touchfree bay, we researched the internet as to the pros and cons of touchfree vs friction/brush type equipment. Frankly, the horror stories we heard from other car wash owners about brush washes scared us. It's true that the new brush materials are a lot less likely to scratch your paint than in years past. However, brush wash equipment is much more likely to damage or remove trim pieces, mirrors, antennae, etc. When we heard stories about brush wash equipment picking up barbed wire etc from a pickup bed, getting wrapped around the brush, then raking it across the hoods of the next several cars, our decision to install state of the art D&S 5000 touchfree equipment was an easy one. What you'll find is hundreds of moving parts, pump systems, float systems, computer systems, etc., etc., etc. We regularly titrate our soaps, and other chemicals to make sure that they are at the optimum strength to do a great job. We don't scrimp on soap - we give you lots of it! We constantly monitor our Spot free water system to make sure it is absolutely spot free. We back all that up with a No Questions Asked refund Policy that says if everything doesn't work right for you, give us a call and we will make it right with you. Every time!
